    • Deposits are non-refundable and required to begin production

    • Orders are not secured until payment or deposit is received


    Shipping & Damage Policy

    Once your order has been shipped, KGJ is not responsible for damages, delays, or lost packages caused by the carrier.


    If your item arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. KGJ will provide any necessary shipping details to assist with your claim.
